By booking a consultation or engaging AWE Studio’s services, you agree that:

• The consultation is an introductory professional discussion intended to understand your project scope, feasibility, and direction.

• All design intellectual property (concepts, sketches, discussions) remains with AWE Studio unless a full design contract is executed.

• Fees paid for consultations are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future design or execution contracts.

• Any subsequent engagement will be governed by a detailed project agreement shared separately.
